Talon Edge jewellery includes a 6-month warranty from purchase date covering manufacturing faults and workmanship defects, with proof of purchase required (e-invoice or original invoice).


Covered: defects in materials/workmanship and manufacturing-related issues (e.g., faulty clasps, chains, settings, closures) under normal wear.

Not covered: general wear and tear, tarnishing/plating wear, misuse/accidents, chemical/water exposure, improper storage, lost/stolen items, third-party repairs/alterations, or impact damage (scratches, bent parts, broken chains, stone loss).
How to claim: Email info@talonedge.com.au with your invoice, a description of the issue, and clear photos (return may be requested).

If approved, we may repair, replace, or offer store credit/refund. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
