Talon’s Edge Returns & Refunds Policy


We want you to be confident in your Talon’s Edge jewellery. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order (subject to the exclusions below).

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible, items must be:
    •    Unworn and unused
    •    In original condition
    •    Returned in original packaging (including any tags, boxes, and protective materials)
    •    Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

What Can Be Returned

  • Jewellery: Most necklaces, bracelets, and pendants.
  • Gift items: Unused items in original packaging.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or personalised pieces: Items that have been custom-made or engraved are not eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Sale / final sale items: Final sale pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.


How to Start a Return


1.    Email us at info@talonedge.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
2.    Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
3.    If your return is approved, we will send:
o    Return instructions
o    A return address
o    If applicable, a return shipping label
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
•    Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
•    Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:
•    Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
•    Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange (where available), please let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
