Warranty Coverage


At Talon Edge, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults and workmanship defects, on presentation of an e-invoice or original invoice.

This warranty covers:

  • Faulty clasps, chains, settings, or closures caused by manufacturing defects
  • Structural faults in the jewellery that occur under normal intended wear
  • Defects in materials or workmanship identified after purchase

Proof of Purchase Requirement

To make a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • An e-invoice, or
  • The original invoice

Without valid proof of purchase, we may be unable to assess or process the warranty claim.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Tarnishing, fading, or plating wear over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals, perfumes, water, or excessive force
  • Lost items or stolen items
  • Damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations
  • Broken chains, bent components, scratches, or stone loss caused by impact or improper handling

Care Recommendations

To help extend the life of your jewellery:

  • Store pieces in a dry, safe place
  • Avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products
  • Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth

How To Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, please contact us with:

  1. Your e-invoice or original invoice
  2. A description of the issues
  3. Clear photos showing the fault

Claims can be submitted by email, and we may request the item be returned for assessment.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, Talon Edge will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the item with the same or a similar product
  • Offer a store credit or refund where appropriate

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
